The latest release in our ongoing series of experimental Pale Ales honoring notable female scientists, Rita (named after Rita Levi-Montalcini) combines Simcoe, Citra, Cryo Pop, and El Dorado hops for an aromatic profile bursting with notes of juicy peach, tropical fruit, and bright citrus. Rita is a limited, draft only release.

Malts: Ohio Pilsner, Ohio Munich Pils Malt
