A small batch release from our Spring Grove Innovation system, this Pale Ale and its Hazy IPA companion were brewed to explore the flavors of a new experimental hop, HBC 692. We also are able to compare how an individual hop expresses in two different styles. These two beers use the same hop, but with different techniques and grain recipes. Enjoy the deep melon and cantaloupe flavors.
