Epsilon Octopus
Epsilon Octopus, a Hazy Pale, sports a trio of Australian and New Zealand hops. Generous primary hopping revs up aromatics, cruising through currents of citrus, stone fruit and subtle pine, balanced by a full-body and soft bitterness. Taking a nautical naming cue from past Hazies, Epsilon Octopus is a limited release, available exclusively on draft.
