Corporate Event FAQs
Do you provide an event coordinator?
Yes. Every corporate event gets a dedicated on-site coordinator at no extra charge. They’ll work with you on the timeline, layout, vendor load-in, and will be on-site the day of to keep things running.
Can you accommodate presentations and AV needs?
All spaces include a basic speaker system. Additional AV equipment (screens, projectors, microphones, and more) are available as an add-on. Let your coordinator know what you need and we’ll put together a quote.
How long is the rental?
Events start with a minimum of 2 to 5 hours depending on the space and event timing. Additional time can be added for a fee.
Can we do a private brewery tour as part of our event?
Yes. Private brewery tours are available as an add-on for corporate events. It’s a popular option for team outings and client entertainment.
What’s required to book a date?
A signed contract and a non-refundable deposit. The deposit is typically 50% to 100% of the room rental fee, depending on the space.
What’s the cancellation policy?
The deposit is non-refundable. Beyond that, cancellation fees are tiered:
- 9-12 months out: remaining rental fee + 25% of beverage minimum
- 6-9 months out: remaining rental fee + 50% of beverage minimum
- 2-6 months out: remaining rental fee + 75% of beverage minimum
- Less than 2 months: remaining rental fee + 100% of beverage minimum. Additional fees may apply.
Where do guests park?
There’s a small public lot across the street (first come, first served) plus several paid options nearby. We can provide a parking map. Valet parking is available as an add-on.
Are the venues accessible?
Yes. All private event spaces have elevator access and are ADA compliant.
