Rhinegeist sits inside a pre-Prohibition bottling plant in the heart of Over-the-Rhine. Exposed brick, pine floors, soaring ceilings, and enough character that you can keep the decor simple or go all out. Either way, the building does a lot of the heavy lifting. Every wedding gets a dedicated on-site coordinator who handles the timeline, vendor load-in, and runs the event on the day. You bring the vision, we handle the logistics.

Wedding FAQs
Do you provide a day-of coordinator?
Yes. Every wedding gets a dedicated on-site coordinator at no extra charge. They’ll help build your event timeline, manage vendor load-in, and be on-site through the duration to keep everything running smoothly. If you also hire an outside coordinator, they’re welcome to work alongside ours.
Can we take photos around the brewery?
Yes. Public spaces like the taproom and rooftop are available for photos anytime during normal business hours.
How long is the rental?
Each event starts with a minimum of 3-4 hours depending on your rented space. Additional time can be added for a fee. All events must wrap by 11:30 PM.
Can we do a rehearsal the night before?
We can’t guarantee access the evening before due to our event schedule, but we usually find a time during the week of your wedding for a rehearsal. This gets confirmed about 10 days out. We also offer an 11:00 AM day-before rehearsal option. You don’t have to rehearse in the same space you’re getting married in, but we do our best to make that happen.
What’s required to book a date?
A signed contract and a non-refundable deposit. The deposit is typically 50% to 100% of the room rental fee, depending on the space.
What’s the cancellation policy?
The deposit is non-refundable. Beyond that, cancellation fees are tiered:
- 9-12 months out: remaining rental fee + 25% of beverage minimum
- 6-9 months out: remaining rental fee + 50% of beverage minimum
- 2-6 months out: remaining rental fee + 75% of beverage minimum
- Less than 2 months: remaining rental fee + 100% of beverage minimum. Additional fees may apply.
Where do guests park?
There’s a small public lot across the street (first come, first served) plus several paid options nearby. We can provide a parking map. Valet parking is available as an add-on.
Are the venues accessible?
Yes. All private event spaces have elevator access and are ADA compliant.
