Guava Tangent embarks on a deep-space tropical voyage, flying past funk in a gravitational slingshot bound for acidity. A member of our Outer Reaches series, we inoculated our Sour Blonde base with our house Brettanomyces bruxellensis and house Lactobacillus before adding guava during secondary fermentation. Tart and dry with pronounced fruit, Guava Tangent is a limited, draft-only release.
