Gose Sour Ale Aged in Tequila Barrels with Lime and Salt Added
The idea for Marg Monday, fittingly, was born over margaritas. While enjoying their beverages, our Chief Science Officer Jim Matt and Barrel Master Luke Cole wondered what it would take to make a beer taste like a margarita. The answer was Peach Dodo — our Gose Sour Ale with Peaches — minus the peaches, aged in tequila barrels and infused with lime and lemon. Margarita Monday made its debut at our 3rd Anniversary party and returns, draft-only, each spring. Available seasonally in very limited quantities.
