Tiktaalik (pronounced Tik-TAH-lik) is a collaboration with our friends at Cincinnati Museum Center. Named after an ancient fish-like creature whose fossilized remains were found in the Canadian Arctic Archipelago, this Cold Double IPA delves deep into Simcoe, Citra, Mosaic, and Talus hops to uncover layer upon layer of bright citrus and vibrant tropical notes. Tiktaalik is a limited release, available in cans and on draft.
