After much pizza-partying, recipe-tweaking and taste-testing, we’re adding a full-service pizza restaurant to the taproom in early October! Pizza Time will have everything you need to have your own pizza party in the taproom—classic and specialty pies, a pizza-by-the-slice selection, and a variety of salads and pizza-friendly sides. We’ve been working hard over the past year to get the recipes nailed down, and we bought a temporary pizza oven so we could get cooking and testing as early as possible. It was like having a secret pizza lab so we could create the best slice of New York-style pizza in the city right in the taproom. And Eureka! We did it!
And we have more good news if you come to the taproom hungry: we now offer an in-house catering menu for guests reserving taproom tables or one of our private event spaces. This means you can get fresh, hot pizza or full-service catering during your next visit!
Luke Anzano, a former executive chef at both Jeff Ruby’s and Boca Restaurant Group, is spearheading Pizza Time and the catering program. While he isn’t an actual Ninja Turtle, his palate is just as refined and he is really good at nunchucks (or so we’ve heard).

Pizza Time will open in the Rhinegeist taproom in early October. Choose from 12 classic and specialty pizzas, a selection of steady and rotating pizza-by-the slice options, and a variety of salads and sides. A full-service catering menu is available for taproom table reservations and private event space rentals.
