Brut IPA — named for the mouth-watering, champagne-like characteristic it possesses — is brewed using the exciting enzyme amyloglucosidase, which produces a bone-dry quality in the beer. Brut IPA is our first beer made using this enzyme, and is a limited, draft-only release.
