Centripetal Cherries is a Cherry Wild Ale, a new release in our Outer Reaches series. We start with our Sour Blonde Base, which undergoes wild fermentation before inoculation with our house Brettanomyces. Generous additions of Michigan cherries and an Oregon cherry purée impart lingering fruit character, balanced by a string-tight acidity. Centripetal Cherries is a limited, draft-only release.
