A blend of amber and blonde ales, some spending more than 3 years in the cellar cosmicized with a mixed culture blend, rested for another year and a half on cherry lees from our friends at King Orchards in Michigan, and softened with an addition of vanilla. Tart acidity, far out funk, and an unexpected perceived vanilla sweetness —this Sour Ale with Cherries climbs mountains of flavor that few dare to ascend. Cosmic Mountaineer is a very limited release, only available on draft.
