Fixie is a Grapefruit Radler, a just-so-sweet respite from the dog days of summer. Named with a nod to the style’s cycling origins in Bavaria, this brew is a 2020 debut offering. Fixie is available exclusively on draft.
Tasting Notes:
Light yellow and slightly hazy with minimal white foam. Sweet pink grapefruit dominates both aroma and flavor, with mild hints of crackery malt. The body is light, with a mildly sweet finish.
