The product of experimentation with Omega’s Tropical IPA yeast, which was originally thought to be a wild strain due to its highly pronounced tropical fruit esters, Flamingo made its maiden voyage in 2016, and has since set sail on an annual creamsicle cruise into lupulin lagoons and sherbet sunsets. Available on draft.
