Kölsch

This cold fermented ale was brewed in collaboration with our Nashville Distributor, Bounty. Kölsch is a hybrid beer, meaning that it takes the qualities of both lagers and ales. These light and refreshing hybrids use ale yeast, but are fermented cool to produce a crisp, refreshing and very crushable beer.

Tasting Notes:
Light gold with slight haze and fluffy white foam, this kölsch features clean, crisp notes of water cracker and malt. The body is light, with medium carbonation and lingering hints of cereal grain in the finish.

Hops: Saphir, Hallertau, mittelfruh

Malts: Ohio Pilsner, Vienna, Honey Malt
