Kestrel is an IPA that takes its name from a feathered friend that was recently spotted on the roof of the brewery. El Dorado, Mosaic and Chinook impart aromas grapefruit zest and fresh pine, medium bitterness and a crisp, refreshing finish. Kestrel is a limited release, available on draft.

Hops: El Dorado, Mosaic, Chinook

Malts: Pilsner, Munich
