Aroma full of fruity esters - pineapple, banana, and a sweet pear note. Flavor comes through peppery a with low malt and low/no hop presence. Pale yellow & hazy.
We brewed this beer to pour at the 2024 Missing Linck Festival.
This festival celebrates beers of all styles brewed using the Missing Linck Yeast. This strain was discovered clinging to life in a pre-prohibition fermenting vat, found in the lost lagering cellars of the 19th Century Linck Brewery. It should have been dead. Instead, it was rescued, cultivated, propagated, and unleashed on the 21st Century.
