Misspelt is a Red Spelt Lager and the latest entry in our Brewers Series, a collection of one-off specialty beers concepted by individual members of our brew team. This recipe brings old world grains to a new world context. Spelt malt lends touches of biscuit and hazelnut, complementing sweet Vienna malt and herbal-orange Mandarina Bavaria hops. A crisp, first-day-of-spring sipper, Misspelt is a limited, draft-only release.
