After inoculating our Sour Blonde base, we added a healthy dose of peaches, imparting bright, fruity flavor matched by mild funk and tartness. A member of our Outer Reaches series, Postmodern Peach underscores the originary complexity of wild fermentation. A limited, draft-only release.
