Ruby red with thick white foam. Shirley bursts with fresh grapefruit, tart cherry, and bright key lime aromas. The use of nitrogen instead of CO2 lends a full, creamy body, enhancing the fresh juice additions. Sweetness is low and acidity is medium, which also adds to the fruity experience.
