Brew Team
Hop heroes.
Today we turn our spotlight to the brew team, literally the reason we’re able to call ourselves a brewery. From experimental pilot batches to 60 bbl runs of Truth, the brew team keeps the tanks humming 24 hours a day.
Some staggering stats on their output thus far:
- They’ve brewed 507,000 bbl since we first opened.
- They’ve used 600,000 lbs of hops just for Truth
- Last year alone they brewed over 4.2 million gallons of beer––enough to fill up our taproom and then some!
