Helping Humans & Brewing Community
For the ten years that Rhinegeist has been a company, community work has been a part of what we do. We believe that beer brings people together and have regularly used the brewery to facilitate this work. Beer for Humans is the next step in our ladder of community support, using what we do best (brew beer) to spotlight the incredible work happening in the communities that we serve. In February of 2023 Rhinegeist will introduce Beer for Humans, as both a beer brand and the new face of our charitable giving program. This Easy Hop Ale, sold in 15 packs, provides a platform for our favorite humans, and allows us to best use our resources to give back. The term “Beer for Humans” will be used to replace “Charitable Suds” language and expand our reach to more humans!
Currently, Rhinegeist donates to approximately 300 organizations per year, with each partnership varying in scope. Through cause-based beers, Beer for Humans Pint Nights, in-kind donations, volunteer hours, emergency relief, DEI initiatives, event partnerships, and local membership engagement, we work to build partnerships with purpose.
