San Amarillo is a collaboration with Yakima, Washington's Virgil Gamache Farms and Woodburn, Oregon's Crosby Hops. These fine farmers have supplied us with hops since our first day of operation, and after many trips out west for the annual hop harvest, we had the privilege of hosting VGF and Crosby in our own backyard. To celebrate, we whipped up a single hop Session Pale Ale with VGF’s signature varietal, Amarillo. San Amarillo is a limited, draft-only release.
