Ume, a Farmhouse Ale with Plums, is the latest release in our Brewers’ Series, a collection of draft-only specialty beers concepted by individual members of our brewing team. Sporting notes of bubblegum, white pepper and dark fruit, this brew takes its name from the Japanese word for plum. Ume is a limited release, available on draft.
