String Theory (7.15%) reverberates with quantum crispness, leathery funk, and hints of toasted oak. This Funky Blonde Ale spent 18 months in foeders with a Brettanomyces blend and now comes to bottles in extremely limited quantities.

Sporting a coffee infusion from our cross-town compadres at Deeper Roots, Calfé (6%) is the newest addition to our seasonal lineup! For tasting notes, food pairings, and the story of this brew’s journey to cans, take a look at the Beer Review from our very own Sensory Specialist, Travis Houston.

Also on the horizon: Andromeda (5.7%)! This Galaxy and Motueka hopped Pale Ale returns in cans and on taps starting next weekend. Brace yourself- a hop shower cometh.

Our taproom has extended hours for the holiday season! We’re open every day at noon through 2018.

MOVE, a night of spectacular flight, feats, grooves and maneuvers, returns to the taproom Friday, February 1st! This high flying spectacle is open to the public and benefits Mission2Move, a local non-profit educating students in movement, meditation, and nutrition.
