Slangria Sunset (a.k.a. Jon’s Skateboard Wheels)
While super tasty on its own, Slangria has a particular penchant for mixing. You may remember the Slangria Sour (created by Libby’s Southern Comfort) from a previous edition of Rhinegeist Recipes. In this latest recipe, Bartender Extraordinaire Zeque Walker (from the famous Northside Yacht Club) takes our pomegranate, blueberry and lime-infused Fruited Ale on a tropical trip with a dose of white rum (or cachaça if you prefer), homemade berry+vanilla syrup, and mint. Read on to learn how to make this crepuscular cocktail on your own at home.
