We're Headed East: Newsletter 3/8/17

Next Stop: Pittsburgh

Rhinegeist is headed to the Steel City! We're super stoked to expand distribution of our suds to Pittsburgh and across Southwestern Pennsylvania, marking our first foray into the Keystone State. Draft brews became available on 3/6, with cans arriving in May.

We'll be kicking things off with a jam-packed launch week starting Monday, 3/20. To peruse the full slate of events, as well an info-filled press release, cruise over to our official Pittsburgh launch page.

Two New Core Cans

Our core can family just got a little bigger. Knowledge, an Imperial IPA, and Bubbles, a Rosé Cider, joined Truth, Cougar, Semi Dry and Dry Hopped in our year-round can lineup on Monday, 3/6. Here's a little more about our two new aluminum hop holsters:

Knowledge (8.5% | 98 IBU) is a byproduct of our ongoing Experimental Double IPA series. It's an intense and refined Imperial IPA, offering notes of pine, dank sap, grapefruit and pineapple, complete with a zesty punch. Bone dry, lightly-colored and slightly hazy, this brew is a hop head's dream.

Bubbles (6.2% | 0 IBU) is a bright and dry Rosé Cider, packed with notes of peach and cranberry. It's a tart and juicy brew built for springtime that pours a brilliant reddish-pink.

Upcoming Taproom Events

The taproom will be busy this March, with a full docket of events on the horizon:
