New Can, Who Dis?
We're amped to add Squirrel (4.8% | 22 IBU) to our seasonal can squad after three tasty years on draft! A Nut Brown Ale, Squirrel is super sessionable and manically malty, springing the palate with notes of chocolate and toffee. Gramps (9.8% | 63 IBU): American Barleywine offering notes of toffee, caramel & dark fruit. Available in 22oz bombers and on draft.
Powder (6.7% | 65 IBU): White IPA balancing a wheat-heavy grain bill with a citrusy hop profile. Draft only!
Pretty Bird (5.6% | 45 IBU): Double dry hopped Pale Ale — once with Mosaic, once with Amarillo — resonating with mango, orange & blueberry. Draft only!
Vincent Van Goat (6.8% | 32 IBU): a light & crisp Helles Bock (our first!), highlighting notes of pale malt and grain. Draft only!
Luck (4.8% | 28 IBU): a full-bodied Irish Stout stuffed with chocolate, raisin & light coffee flavor. Draft only (nitro available)!
Beer School!
We are thrilled to launch a beer education program that is open to the public! Each year, we'll pick a beer-related theme, offering one class per quarter focusing on a specific aspect of that theme.
In 2018, our Brewcademy topic will be Beers of the World, with our Winter Session (March 1st) tackling the delicious universe of English beers. Our other three 2018 subjects will be announced later this year.
